Truly the most important beauty tip is the care of your skin. In order to apply the right skin care for your skin is to determine what type of skin you have. There are 3 main types: Dry, Normal/Combination and Oily.
Dry skin may rarely have breakouts and few to none blackheads; skin may feel dry and tight after washing the face (with soap); may bur easily in the sun.
Choose a cleanser with moisturizers for dry skin. Use a toner without alcohol. Look for a rich moisturizer for daytime and night.
Normal or Combination skin may experience breakouts occasionally with some blackheads; skin may feel slightly tight after washing the face before some oil return; may burn slightly in then before tanning.
Choose a cleanser for normal skin. Use a non-alcohol toner for dry climate or in winter. In a warm or humid climate you might use a toner with a small about of alcohol. Moisturize with a light formula for warm/humid climate and dry climate a richer moisturizer.
Oily skin my frequently break out and have frequent blackheads; skin will return oily shortly after washing usually on the nose and forehead; and rarely burns in the sun and tans easy.
Choose a facial scrub or facial soap to help remove excess dead skin, which clings to oily skin. Use an astringent with alcohol. You may need to lightly moisturize in the winter or a dry climate.
Be sure to make adjustments to your routine to use more or less of any product depending on your skin’s needs.
